Voluntary Recall of the First-Generation Roam Stroller

Your little one's safety is at the heart of everything we do at Guava Family, and we have some important information to share about the Roam Strollers manufactured between July 2020 and December 2021.

We have received reports of the brakes unexpectedly disengaging after being set, as well as reports of the brake pedal not engaging when pushed down, creating potential fall and injury hazards. As a result, we have partnered with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission to conduct a voluntary recall of Roam Strollers manufactured during that time period so we can take care of affected Roam users and get them back on the road safely as quickly as possible.

This recall involves Roam Strollers Model No 2205000 with a manufacture date between July 2020 and December 2021.

We understand recalls are frustrating and inconvenient, and we’re very sorry to ask this of you. But we believe it’s important to take this step to ensure the safety of you and your little ones.

If you have a stroller that is affected, we will send you a free Roam Frame Assembly Kit that will quickly get you moving again.
